Bright Financial Services, Finance does not provide refunds or cancellations as we are a Non-Banking Finance Company. We require a payment gateway to receive EMIs from our customers.
2. Refund Conditions

- Due to a technical error, if the payment is charged to the Customer’s Card/Bank Account but the transaction is unsuccessful.
3. Refund Application Process
- The Customer must submit a refund application with the transaction number and the original payment receipt (if available) to support@brightfinanceservices.com.
- The application will be processed manually, and after verification, if the claim is valid, the excess amount will be refunded via electronic mode to the borrower's account.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days of receiving the valid claim. It may take 15–20 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the Customer’s bank account, depending on the bank’s policy.
